Accepting FSA and HSA

Hi
I am a NYS massage therapist and would like to take FSA and HSA payments. Im using MassageBook for my credit cards and they process FSA/HSA payments with code 8099. Does anybody know... is there anything else I need to do besides just swipe the card?
