Charity Benefit - Looking for some ideas

I have traditionally donated gift certificates in the past to silent auctions.  I just got word that a friend of mine, who is battling cancer, is having a benefit soon.  I would like to do something maybe a little different this time.  I thought about setting up a chair for chair massages and donating the proceeds, or doing a matching gift certificate (so she can get a massage too).  I know others of you have some good ideas or things you have done in the past if you could share them with me.
