Since Noreen posted up about her room I thought what a light-hearted way to share our styles and sensibilities by posting up photos of our rooms. I can't help but feel your room reflects on your personality and the type of treatment you offer. Here's mine...

for me, my room is FAR from what I'd like to see. No money and being in a rental has had me keep to things I had already. When I get truly settled into a place, I will use most of what's in there now, with some added furniture and most definitely COLOR on the wall. I'll probably go with a moss green. I love earth tones and incorporating plants and earth elements like wood and metal.

That's very nice.
This is my room

My clinic, THERA-SSAGE, has 9 treatment rooms, a classroom, a sauna room, etc. Instead of taking up so much space on here, you can visit this public link to my FB album of office pictures.
Lol. Yeah, it was a hit! As I traveled around the country as a travel writer, B&B's found out I loved Teddy Bears and massage. And they would call ahead and tell the next one and so it went. I would send them back to Carolina, because I could only have so many in the motorhome. Anyways, I needed a theme for the room next to the Tiki Hut. I was surprised so many folks liked it. I was about to turn that room into the New Orleans Room when I decided to take the Festival on the road.

wow that's really nice Emma. Are the table coverings just for show and then you take them off for the session?

I LOVE that little top shelf.

Hi Lisa,
Hope this note finds you and yours well!
Yes , I use the covers. When I mess them up to the point of not wanting to use them for the office I donate them to my vets office, she uses them for lining the animal cages,etc...Then I have a good excuse to go shopping for more!;-)

That is actually a loft.I keep books,cd's and eye candy up there.
I am happy you like it.
Peace,Emma
Hi Lisa, I just found this. That was great Fun checking out everyones place. Great idea. Love yours & a few others! I think the white feels nice, clean simple, and relaxing!
I have to bring my camera down to the office next week.
I know what you mean about no money, but it is fun to do it on a dime expense too! NIce job, I would like to receive a treatment there!
Thanks Noreen...feel free to book an appointment if you're ever in the Dallas area. ;)

Actually...white really isn't my thing, but since i'm renting, I really don't want the added project of repainting it white when I leave. :) i love color on walls. i got hooked on that when i bought my first house with my ex. i'd watch the home improvement channels obsessively. hahaha i guess that's the graphic designer in me.

Hey Emma...great idea about the coverings. I know plenty of vets always looking for cage comforts.

so what's this eye candy you speak of? you can actually fit a hot guy up there? ;) how do the clients feel about him. hehehe
