How many of you take credit cards for payment? What credit processing company do you use, and do you like it? Why or why not?

Anyone run their credit cards strictly through PayPal? How has that worked out for you?

I started using Cell Charge a few months ago. It works great.
I don't need to purchase any equipment.

The company takes a percentage without monthly rental fees for a machine or transaction charges. You do everything through your phone so if you are on the road or doing events, you can process through the phone easily

Yes I have used Pay Pal as well and it's been ok too!
PayPal offers several options from a personal account to a full fledged business account with shopping carts, recurring payments, etc. Most small businesses do well with their (PayPal's basic business account. Their fees are much lower than the other major merchant processors and you receive the funds instantly - a great advantage for small businesses. Their relationship with eBay makes them among the largest online credit card processors and among the most secure. We have never had any problems with Paypal.

www.ProPay.com is another resource for small businesses. The fees are a bit higher, but they are very convenient and we have never had any issue in over 5 years with them.
