Help with a survey to improve relaxation/spa services!

Of course.

I'm planning to set up a business. It will be a novel way to provide relaxation/wellbeing services in crowded areas (i.e. city centers) specially where the stressed people are. I'm the sponsor with 4 other people that are involved in this idea.

I'm an Industrial Engineer with a Master degree in International Health management.

The survey Is going to help us to know more about the customer, in other words, those who actually use relaxation services. This will help us to address the unmet needs.
