Hello everyone

I have had several clients now that are going through different weight loss strategies and I was wondering if anyone out there has any insight as to what more I could do to help them. My interests are mainly to reduce the "extra skin" as the muscle mass and fatty tissue decreases. Has anyone tried any techniques that have worked? depends on the strategies - the most important thing is to exercise during the process in order to tighten up.
Sounds great. Did you have anything specific that has worked for specific areas or can you refer me to any media that may help?
Go to www.beachbodycoach.com/achesaway these programs will blow you away! I'm using slim in 6 and planning to do p90x this summer.I've lost 9 inches from my hips alone since dec.
What I have found is age has a lot to do with it,younger people seem to tighten back up and my older clients get to a point where it just stays loose-ish. some people require surgery to remove large amounts of excess skin.
