Moving Locations-I got the room left over-not sure how i feel about this-
Hi everyone,
Myself and two massage associates are changing locations, which is awesome! However, the other two associates have already been to the new location and picked out their rooms. I am trying to let this feeling of frustration go and I have not talked with my massage associates about how I feel.
I wish we all could have met and talked about the rooms and who is interested in what room. Please give me some feed back or ideas. Thanks

DO OVER BUTTON! If the 3 of you are in business together it is only fair that the 3 of you make any and all business decisions TOGETHER! Get to the location, see the rooms, figure out which one you would really like and then hold a mini pow-wow. If there is conflict I would suggest numbering the rooms and drawing from a hat! "Dibs" does not apply to business.

Yes i agree, if you are going to continue with these people as business associates, you need to be able to talk about everything. Or the resentments will only grow.
It has been my experience that people in our profession tend not to be so great at business. I could tell you stories that are just hilarious when it comes to bodyworkers and business. So if there are four of you, the odds that all four will have a decent amount of business savvy is very low IMHO.
It's good that you were able to talk it out with them.
