Michael Young Muscle Release technique workshop?  I am curious if anyone has attended or purchased the DVD set?
Or have you heard anything about it?  Thoughts?!!  I just got a flyer in the mail about it and am curious/interested.  But at the same time it sounds kinda hokey.

Its far from hokey... Its highly effective.  I like this guys better.. He developed the approach.    http://www.britishsportstherapy.com/     that style was developed in England..  Michael Young does it his way... The style is so effective the Chiropractors did it there way and called it Active Release.  Its a very effective approach.. I'd buy it from the guy that created the style.    http://www.britishsportstherapy.com/

I should clarify what I was calling hokey.  I did NOT mean muscle release technique.  I was referring to micheal Young and this whole workshop thing.  The flyer itself for the workshop It just seemed so gimmicky.  "too good to be true"

I wouldnt know about his flyer., and Ive never taken his seminar,( I learned Soft Tissue Release)  but Ive helped tons of people using those techniques...Its based on Active Isolated Stretching( avoiding the stretch response) and massage in combination.  Its basically the technique I use on myself...  Ive found it very powerful.  Its most

effective for carpal tunnel and the like.  I think I mentioned when traveling a few years ago I met a chiropractor that told me he specializes in carpal tunnel.. He showed me what he does...It was Active Release (massage) a copy of Soft Tissue Release.  And Muscle Release Technique is  also a copy of Soft Tissue Release.
