1.  They are constantly late.

2.  They cancel at the last minute.

3.  They refuse to pay for missed appointments.

4.  They constantly compare you to their last MT, and you are not as good.

5.  Your office is never quiet enough for them.

6.  They are so demanding you can't do your job.

7.  They are neither compliant nor respectful.

8.  They ask for the deepest possible pressure, on the first visit.

9.  They are angry when you raise your rates by $5-$10.

10.  They hang up on you when you have to cancel their massage because you are sick.

11.  They want to be in complete control during the massage.

12.  They ask you to crack their back, claiming their last MT did that.

13.  They are entitled and don't respect your boundaries or framework.

14.  They are an MT with less than five years of experience and they tell you what to do.

15.  They have an active Herpes outbreak and insist on getting a massage,

16.  They tell you that they don't go to or need a doctor.

17.  They are an MT who cancels at the last minute and won't pay you because they don't have a cancellation policy.

18.  They ask for a large discount, on one session.  They just bought a new car.

19.  They tell you that your are smarter and better than the other MT they see.  This person is well skilled and a friend.

20.  They call you three times per year and try to manipulate you by saying they will get regular massage.  Yet they never schedule.
