I always wake up early in the morning and do exercise, workouts after that I drink plenty of water. I have read in an article that taking a healthy and balanced diet gives your body the nutrients it needs to function correctly and also keeps away health and skin problems.

That's great, Lisa. Thank you for your reply!

I'm obsessed with the craniocradle! It is an amazing selfcare tool.

Currently I'm doing specific exercises to support weak points in my body. I'm also doing qi gong, which I find centering as well as gentle and strengthening. I have regular appointments with my acupuncturist as well.

You need a brain drain to rid yourself of negative thoughts and bring in positive ones. It is beneficial to find a quiet place; if you don’t have one, find or create one. Sit by a pool, at the water’s edge, or have an indoor or outdoor fountain. The sound of water relaxes you and connects you with your thoughts. You can also take a walk; the physical activity can bring out your creativity.

My favorite way to practice self-care is to take a long, hot bath with espom salts and my essential oils. And after I'm done, I massage my feet! It makes me feel pampered and relaxed.
