Tell our Senators

A second vote is being taken Monday on AB 1822 (Swanson). This bill is intended to undo the move California made two years ago for State Certification. It returns California to licensing Massage with local control as Adult Entertainment. We need to keep moving forward not backwards.

Those of you in states with State Licensing could be a great influence. Please use the MassageToday link to express your support of the current system by voting NO on AB1822. I hope we can join together as a profession to tell the Legislature to allow the state experiment to go forward as is until 2016 when it is either replaced or we return to local adult entertainment licensing.
