massage and bodywork professionals

a community of practitioners

Hey all! There is a group of us on here that are uniting on Facebook as well. Please let us know where to find you on Facebook if you would like to participate! If you have a "personal" Facebook account, please "fan" those of us who are listing our Business accounts. Those of you who have "Business" accounts, please list each others business accounts on your "favorite" pages list. This is just to help each other out. I know, personally, that I have a lot of people who vacation all over the place and if they are going to your area, they have something that they can "identify" with. Our clients are much more likely to schedule an appointment with someone on vacation if they have a good referral! So, please get in on the fun and start networking!

For those of us with business pages only, if you have a website w/ a FB tab, please include the web address. It's easier to just click that way than hunting.

I was playing with having two facebook accounts for awhile to keep business separate from personal but it was making me crazy. I am not sure why people love facebook so much but to me it is so voyeuristic but it seems to be working for getting clients and networking.

OMG, I was dying of the ripples in the page of Laura, that describe the location of the place, almost fell to the floor, I translated my girlfriend and she nearly died too. I like your page Laura.
Julie, I don't understand why facebook is considered voyeuristic? The people I stay in contact with are friends, some of who I had lost touch with, and family, most who live out of state. Maybe years ago, I would've written letters and enclosed pictures, but I like this sort of communication. I still call on the phone, and, if I'm in town, visit in person. I'm not trying to get a million fb friends, so maybe that's the difference.
i agree. years ago we sent letters...today we send private messages. cept now we don't have to wait and wait and wait for the mail to be delivered.
