LMTs! I'm in the market to teach you all about protecting your bodies from the strenuous work YOU do while taking care of your clients' needs. Many LMTs are self-employed or independent contractors, so there's no PTO or Worker's Comp "safety net" to fall into should you become injured. That leaves you to choose between working through the pain, or NOT working and taking an income loss. Ouch or...ouch! Learn how to prevent injuries in my CE class Sunday, November 23 instead!

Because I want the dry-spell since teaching my last class to be over, I'm even offering the required 2nd edition Save Your Hands! book free--a $39.95 savings--for the workshop on Sunday, November 23--yahoo!! Check out www.rslmt.com/SaveYourHandsCEWorkshops.html or call 503-318-9626 for more information and to register.

Indian Champissage workshops carry 21 CE hours, the next two workshops will be in Lakewood, Southern California, and in San Bruno, CA, near San Francisco International Airport, both in October.  If you want to learn a wonderful 'Stress Buster' modality which is extremely portable and easy on your hands, see  www.indianchampissage.us for details. Maximum ten participants per workshop. This is the original Indian Champissage, a 30-minute head massage technique originating in India. which was developed and perfected at the London Centre of Indian Champissage. Let me know if you are interested in either one of these dates or a future workshop!

In the Save Your Hands! Injury Prevention Workshop, you will develop an awareness of injuries and how they're caused, learn strategies for injury prevention, recognize symptoms, develop a customized self-care plan, and spend ample hands-on time finding alternatives to stressful techniques. A worthwhile investment in your career, you'll benefit no matter your experience or employment status.

Because I have just recently revived the content of the workshop, and because I'm hoping you can drop your existing plans to join us, I'm offering a $20 discount for the Sept 28 workshop date in Oregon City, Oregon. Clickwww.rslmt.com/SaveYourHandsCEWorkshops.html for more information. You can register through the site, or just call me--503-318-9626. I'd love to talk with you and arrange getting your book to you prior to the workshop if possible.

Check out this new video, "Full Body Integrated Deep Tissue Massage" by Art Riggs, Certified Advanced Rolfer and Massage Therapy Instructor: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vL0Z51eePCU.

I am grateful to Art Riggs for creating this excellent video series. It is filled with clear, concise instructions. It is obvious that the information is based on many years of professional practice as well as decades of teaching experience. I appreciate Art’s profound knowledge of musculature and fascia. It is impressive that he teaches good use of body weight and the use of the forearm for lengthening the muscles. Purchasing this video series (and the series that preceded it) is the perfect way to gain new knowledge, increase technical skills, help clients achieve their goals, and increase your income.

This is a clip from Art Riggs new DVD set titled "Full Body Integrated Deep Tissue Massage". This upcoming series will give you a clear and extensive understanding on how to combine the numerous specifics of the first series, "Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release" into a fluid bodywork session that your clients will love.
