I do something simular to you Candace but I especially love the "cross-over stretch". You feel it all the way up the I.T band from the knee through those Glutes! and on up into the back. If your arm is extended you'll also get a great stretch through the Pecs as well. Absolutely wonderful. Great in the middle of a long day as well. Reward and Oxygenate those muscles!
