Do you know anybody looking for a job with a chiropractor? Our office is located in Lakeway, Texas (west of Austin). We are a busy office and the Dr's are great and fair people. Truly the best bosses I've ever worked for. Pay would be based on experience. The pay has always been good even better then other Dr's offices I've applied at. We would like them to start Jan. 3rd. The applicant would be taking over Lori's job because she moving back to Houston to help with the family business. If you have any questions Dr. Aaron Williams would be happy to answer them.

I value this comment, "Exams for credentials aren't the real test of a health professional", because its something I have been struggling with. My school is not the best massage school. And I have my issues with that. However, whatever I decide I need to prepare for it now!

Depending on the quality of wherever you are schoolin', I wouldn't sweat it! I passed the National Certification exam fresh outta school, the Illinois licensing exam 2 yrs. later, and the Texas licensing exam another year following, without specifically studying for any of 'em... If you know your stuff, don't worry! If you don't, study to know your stuff! Anyone practicing professionally should be educated, knowledgeable and talented. Exams for credentials aren't the real test of a health professional. Just my two cents. Love and gratitude,

A message from Mrs. Sumling to all members of Texas Massage Therapists on massage and bodywork professionals!

Hi all. I'm a MT student here in Houston. Tomorrow, 2/1/10 in my last class day and I go into clinic. I'm on my way. I'm seeking any advice right now as I study for my exam.

Thanks!

If you are reviewing for an exam, I highly recommend Laura Allen's book, Plain and Simple Guide to Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Examinations.
