I am a huge Thieves and RC fan! During the cold and flu season I use it religiously. I put a drop of Peppermint in my hot chocolate and I also do a mix of Ninxgia Red juice, tea and Peppermint. Melrose and Purification are awesome for skin irritations. I use the oils on acupoints when I'm doing acupressure or sound healing with the tuning forks.

I add 2 drops of Rose oil into a glass 35 oz bottle. Then drink slowly throughout the day. Before the bottle is empty fill back up with water as the oil will still be potent. Drink half of your body weight each day in oz., of Rose water.

Hi,
I'm curious about the Rose water to aid sleep. How do you prepare it, etc?

I have only been into Young Living since November so I am learning, learning, learning. I just learned about drinking the Rose water. The first night I slept 7 hours straight. I am usually up and down. Keep sending me your experience so I can try it.

O so glad to hear another great story about essential oils, everyone in my family knows thats what am about all the time, on multiple occasssions someone has gotten burned and her I come running with the Lavender, apply it neat and no blistering ever occurred, took care of my dandruff problem with tea tree and much more satisfying experiences. I LOVE IT!!!!!

Yesterday, while working in my yard, I got stung by a bee 4 times up under my shirt. I right away put Lavender Young Living Essential Oil on the bites and instantly the stinging stopped. A few hours later and the bites were completely gone. I could not tell where the bee had stung me. It was all amazing!
