The AMC Massage School Rally in Vista California will be hosted at Earthlite Massage Tables state of the art eco manufacturing facility.  Thursday, February 23, 2012 10:00am until 3:00pm The day will feature presentations by top massage therapy educators, industry experts, lunch and a personal tour of Earthlite with Jim Chenevey, CEO of Earthlite / Living Earth Crafts. We will discuss issues such as acquiring and retaining new students. How you can use marketing to gain the advantage. You will hear from business leaders from all walks of our industry sharing tips and information you can put to use immediately to attract students and improve your bottom line. This event is FREE but limited to the first thirty schools that register, with a limit of two attendees per school please. I am attending the American Massage Conference and am flying in from Pennsylvania.  I got an email that indicates we are to bring tables to the full-day workshops.  I replied and asked if it was a requirement, as it is not economical, feasible, or safe for the integrity of my table to be put on an airplane and be punctured.  I got a very timely response back saying there are going to be tables to rent for $10 to $20 for the weekend.  I think this should be reconsidered and offered as a first-come first serve, no cost basis for those traveling from out of state.  We are paying to come to the conference so the last thing we want to do is pay more money to rent a table.  Please give that some consideration as time gets closer to the start of the conference.  Thank you very much.
