EveryBody Deserves A Massage Week

ABMP is proud to sponsor the award-winning national event, EveryBody Deserves a Massage Week, and looks forward to your participation. Since 1995, ABMP members have given their time, money, and effort to help those less fortunate, while also promoting themselves and the profession. The 2013 event will be held the week of July 14-20, and members are encouraged to start planning for this year’s event. Customizable coupons, postcards, and posters are available in the member section at ABMP.com You can easily add your business contact information and print these marketing materials at home. This will be my first year participating in EveryBody Deserves event. My plan is to get a few therapist together and offer free chair massages at the local firehouse. I remember being told in school, that we'll graduate with a special gift and should use that gift and give back to our community.

Volunteers needed in Denver area

 

Interested in volunteering to do chair massages for "Every Body Deserves a Massage Week"?

 

The details:

July 16-20

8:00am-5:00pm

All proceeds donated to March of Dimes

2 locations:  I-25 and Orchard Rd and I-25 at Colorado Blvd.  (located in office buildings of Cigna)

 

You can make your own schedule on how many hours and how many days.  Only have time for 2 hours?  No problem!  If you have a chair please bring it, if not we will find one for you to use.

We are hoping for a big turn out and filling each day and the 40hours with at least one therapist.  Bring your business cards!

Hi Terri - the banner is 6 feet long by 3 feet tall. It is white and says EveryBody Deserves A Massage Week in blue lettering. There is a $150 deposit, we charge your credit card, and refund the deposit to you when you send the banner back to us in a good condition. Please feel free to call our secure massage week voice mail box to leave your information. 877-208-7546.

Exactly!  I have a chair massage event each month at my hair salon and have gotten quite a few new clients that way.  I was thinking about getting the banner this year.  What size is it?

Hi Terri! Wow! Great work teaming up with the radio station. You are right, its always nice to support a great cause at the same time as spreading the word about the benefits of massage. Let us know if you would like to rent a vinyl banner for a refundable deposit of $150 for your chair massage event. It would be great to get some of those chair massage clients to see you for a full table session! (Make sure to hand out your business cards) Good luck with your event and let us know how it turns out! :)
