---> For food/ fuel.
---> To add essential nutrients.

2. TO BALANCE
---> To help maintain homeostasis.

3. TO CLEANSE
---> Removing waste from the cells in the body.

Hi everybody I am thinking of going back to school this fall if things work out to go 2 years at a college in Arizona to get a degree as an Herbalist that will include a natural herb nutrition specialist the school is Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Arizona which means a big move so if anyone knows anything about this college give me a shout I will know more about when and if I will be moving by the beginning of May I guess I am still deciding what all I want to do when I grow up at 36 going on 37 in May lol Also I am going to take a class that will meet my CE requirements on Herbal Massage I will let everyone know how it went after the class in August Good Luck to all

The AARP Bulletin April Edition has an article page 10, titled " Battling Cancer" and using alternative medicine. One of the ways being researched is herbal supplements. www.bulletin.aarp.org
