I posted this as a classified on ABMP and thought I should do the same here! I have an opportunity to move to a larger location and to accommodate more therapists. It's a storefront in Ottawa, IL with lots of pedestrian traffic. Perfect for all of us looking to get out of those noisy salons and gyms! I have two rooms that I would need to rent out before I sign a lease. One is approximately 10x12 (will be taking accurate meas next week) for a Licensed/Insured Massage Therapist to rent. The other is smaller with an attached alcove and another small attached storage room with laundry tub: great for an Esthetician or a Reflexologist to rent. Please contact me as quickly as possible if you are interested and for further details. Must move quickly!

Thanks!

I just want to let everyone know that before you answer ads or contact anyone who posts here please do some research and be sure the people you are dealing with are legitimate. I do not screen anyone who posts here so it is up to you to do your homework. Remember is it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Hi there Illinois! I am looking for a classroom in or near Chicago to hold a seminar. The course is called Teaching Skills for the Workshop Leader. Persons who want to become Continuing Education Instructors for massage therapists and bodyworkers take the course. The class would likely be between 8 and 16 students.

The class is 4 days: I need availability either Thursday thru Sunday or Friday thru Monday first weekend in November.

Hours 9am to 6PM first 3 days and 9am to 2PM on the 4th day.

Between 8 to 16 students plus myself.

No food needed, but coffee and tea in the morning, preferably outside the classroom on breaks. Access to snacks students can purchase themselves would be nice.

Desks or table for writing with comfortable chairs. Need a projector screen, whiteboard, and an av cart. Need to be able to ship class materials and equipment to a secure location at the site.

Need a window in the room to see outside.

Need to be close to an airport, preferably Midway Airport.

Need restaurants for lunch and dinner nearby

Need reasonably priced lodging nearby.

You can read about the class at www.dynamicequilibrium.com. Contact me at weinberger@mindspring.com.

Is there anyone near Verona that would be willing to do a house call to help raise money for charity. I am in need of a therapist need there since we have had an overwhelming response after being mentioned in the January issue of Redbook.

Any help would be grateful,

Heide
