In WA we can bill for car accidents and for work related injuries through Labor and Industries.

Use www.officeally.com to bill!  It is easy.  They will teach you over the phone how to use it.  You will get paid much faster.  You need to be HIPAA compliant.  Here are forms for HIPAA - www.sohnen-moe.com/forms.php
