Comment by Laurie Velez LMT, NCTMB on June 13, 2012 at 10:25pm If I have a lot on my mind before a session I'll put a couple of drops of lavender or a calming fusion in my hands and inhale it deeply about 2 - 3 times. Then I get into the massage music...I'm really grounded after that!
