Hi, Gretchen
According to the Essential Oils Desk Reference, which can be found at: www.essentialscience.net here is what it says re breast cancer:
First of all, there are many things one should consider to augment one's health when dealing with cancer, such as - cleansing, antioxidants, & inflammation. The specific oils listed for breast cancer are: Sandalwood, Myrtle & Tsuga. The internal dosages are approx. 7 drops diluted 50:50 in a good organic vegetable oil, such as olive oil - in a 00 gel capsule twice a day. This dose can be increased as needed up to 6 capsules per day. It may be necessary to rotate among several different essential oils over the course of 90 days so that the cancer cells do not develop a resistance to a particular esential oil. The same oil should be used for no longer than 3 to 4 weeks before rotating to a different oil.
Also, I would add Frankincense topically as well as Lavender.

The MOST important thing to remember is that these oils MUST be strictly grown, distilled and produced in order to offer the therapeutic qualities. The only company that I'm aware of that not only passes, but sets the standard for this type of therapeutic grade oil is Young Living. If you have never purchased from them, you will need a sponsor ID#. You can use mine - 489107

Many other companies have copied the language used by Young Living and they state their oils are "therapeutic grade", but they don't pass the test for therapeutic grade. There is no oversight as to who can use that terminology, and many companies have started adding it to their labels without actually proving that their oils meet the qualifications. That's why I only recommend Young Living oils.

I just joined this group. I do Healing Touch work along with Aromatherapy. I would like to know a protocol for Aroma therapy for women with breast cancer. Thank you. Gretchen
