This is my inaugural forum discussion. My wife (50 something) is a runner who is having issues with what seems to be in the obturators. I know they are in a group called lateral rotators but I'm hoping for more detailed info if someone knows more about them. I have questions about possible compensations if the hip extension action is weak at the hamstrings and possible strains resulting from such.
