How to go about getting a business tax reciept and fictitious name in Florida? I went to Achieva to open a checking account for my (very) new company www.floridareflexology.com and was told I needed the above to open the account. Also, on your website I was interested in how to become certified in medical massage, and I was not able to access the site you posted.

Welcome to my circle of friends. I see you are working through the maze of insurance. Always find out from the insurance company what is covered and what they need so that you can be paid... Always be calm in nice and they will work with you.
