"My original post to this discussion listed coconut oil as a good option.  I need to amend that!  I used it for a while, and then realized that my shoulders (rotator cuffs) were hurting so badly that I was thinking I was going to need to…"

Neal Lyons replied to Jennifer Baker's discussion What is your favorite lotion/cream/oil and why?
"Personally Bon Vital. But I think the more important question is which lotion, cream, scent, product does your client / patient prefer? Our volunteers share the same message whenever asked by students/new therapists. Grant it that initially your…"

Ana Moana replied to Jennifer Baker's discussion What is your favorite lotion/cream/oil and why?
"There are therapists the mix their own oils according to some recipes. Mixes like jojoba oil with coconut oil or more than two oils. I think there are recipes and you can try some, perhaps they OK, not that I'm saying that the oils you find on…"

Doris Gikey replied to Jennifer Baker's discussion What is your favorite lotion/cream/oil and why?
"I use Bon Vital Muscle Cream for 99% of my clients.  They like it as much as I do..light, good for skin, easy to work with, and water soluble...I never use oils unless I work with hot stones.. I have used other creams but we all like this best"

"Wilson, thank you for the courteous tone. I'll try to reciprocate.  I'll start with an apology of my own.  As many can attest, I can become rather strident defending my beliefs.  I did try what you just suggested, on myself…"

"WHAT???  I am flabbergasted that you are now claiming the kidney is located in the low back.  In my book, low back= lumbar 4-5 and sacrum 1, after that I'd say we've moved into the hip region.  Dude, palpation consists of…"

Wilson Jordan replied to Jennifer Baker's discussion Needing advice from any who have experience working with fibromyalgia clients
"I never said poke and I go back to my original statement that it is impossible to massage the low back with touching that kidney and adrenal region the only factor is rather or not the practitioner can feel what is under their hands. Now what is the…"
