How can trauma release therapy be marketed/

My practice has mostly traumatized clients, physical, sexual and emotional all together. I want to reach more people, and I advertize trauma release therapy. I would love to hear how other therapists market their ability to work with traumatized clients. I have been struggling with this one for a while. I do Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Heart Centered Therapy and Somato-emotional Release. Thanks for your help,Mimi Rhys, LMTSee More

Hi Mimi, I noticed your comment about attending a workshop offered by Don Ash, PT in CST facilitation of death and dying. I'd love to hear how that goes for you since I'm reviewing all kinds of training in trauma and somatic release work with a view to advancing my own skills. Keep me posted or maybe add something to the CranioSacral Group - which I'll see posted - when you've done the workshop. Hope you have an interesting and valuable experience. Looks like it will be!

Hi Mimi!

Would you please participate in a massage survey? Thanks!

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=OhBtGlEETUWwi9h5olkCGQ_3d_3d

Please help me compile this information. I'd like more than a 1,000 if possible. Sure it is!
Your participation is MOST appreciated.
Remember you do not have to answer all the questions and Page 2 is "optional". Page two is for those employed only, NOT Self Employed! The survey company automatically includes Page 2 and I was unable to edit or delete. SO it IS OPTIONAL!
Pass it on to your colleagues too.

The intention is to publish this research to assist
Future LMT's, educators, employers and anyone else interested in the statistics of the massage industry!
I want to give you a voice to share your thoughts and experiences.

The Survey will end November 29, 2009
