All about billing insurance companies for massage services. What states can you bill for mva's, work injuries, PPO's, HMO's? What is required in each state or even city?

Please make sure this training is approved by Alabama board. Just because it is NCBTMB does not make it approved by individual state board. I might be interested, but will not attend if it will not count toward my license.
