"First and foremost or profession has no standard of care, doctors have it and we don't. As long as NCB and AMTA are fighting over who has the more creditable test, there won't be any agreement on standard of care either."

You broke your toe?!?!?! Lame! I'm always afraid of doing that with all the crazy stuff I do without thinking first. Are you thinking of going to the WMF in Kentucky at all in June, or if she does the AMTA convention in the fall? I want to go to both :)
