"I do have taxes withheld from my check. However I do NOT receive an hourly wage. Im thinking my next step of action should be to check my state laws for this type of thing. Thank you for all your help!!!! "

"I do receive a receipt with my paycheck with taxes removed etc.  So than, I am employed, And not and IC. Thanks for clearing that up for me. "

"I was told the Chiro hired independent contractors in the past and had issues with them stealing money from the doc. She now hired MT's as employees. So, I'm supposedly considered an employee."
