At my ME location we have therapist who believe in "NO PAIN, NO GAIN", and they are busy. If people like that, that's great. However: I don't do that kinda of work and my clients know this. They come to me for therapeutic work and leave more relaxed that in pain and I have done some of the other therapists clients and have reatined them, due to my "NO PAIN, NO GAIN" mentality.
