shannon egan replied to Anne Kratochvil's discussion tips (gratuity)
"So many of these responses are so silly! Of course gratuity matters! Especially in a spa/salon environment where you expect clients to be prepared to leave a CUSTOMARY tip for good to excellent service.   Get real, folks."

Thoughts on adding gratuity to ticket for massage service in spa

"Hi, I live in CT and an hour of just a massage is $65 and Deep tissue massage is $80. It also depends on the service you offer. Deep tissue, Charka balance, Accupressure these all play a part of how much you ask for the hour.   "
