The Financial Health of Our Organizations: NCBTMB

Note: For the past few years I have done a series of reports on the financial status of the non-profit organizations that represent the massage therapy profession. I'm in Pain

Yes, I’m in pain. Believe it or not, it pains me to write negatively about the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. I am personally acquainted with many of the people who work there, from the CEO, Mike Williams, on down, to Board members, staff members and volunteers. I count some of them among my friends. 2010 WMF Challenging - But An Overwhelming Success!!!

I would like to thank everyone for their participation in this year's Fest. There were challenges, like when I found out the handball courts opened into each other, as did the sound. The teachers were troopers and worked their way through. They proved it is not just students that are able to be versatile and adapt. Professionals all!
