The Value of Massage by Andrew Wolfe,LMP

Health care is on the minds of most people, whether they have it, need it, or don't have the right policy due to financial infeasibility, to acquire or maintain it. Unfortunately when it comes to health, if you don't invest in it now, you pay for it later, as the investment of our bodies seem to yield higher rates of health issue returns to our lives as we age. Cold and Flu season; Increase your immunity with massage by Andrew Wole,LMP

Harvest is upon us again. It is a time to gather and take in the bounty of our labors. It is also a time of reflection, a time to look within and assess our needs; to take inventory and appreciate what we have. Making Your Massage Career Last - Part 2

In a previous post I wrote about two secrets for staying in practice for the long haul: knowing your limitations and diversifying your work. Although those are both great ideas for giving longevity to your massage career, they alone are not what has kept me working beside the table for so long. Here are a couple more ideas:

Work only with clients that you enjoy. I have the best clients in the world. They educate, energize and enthuse me in a way I would have never expected… Continue

Someone posted an article about foot pain and our staff and alumni responded.

Someone posted “What is the best modality for foot pain? Foot pain can exist in many areas, plantar surface, dorsal surface, deep, superficial, and can be caused by multiple factors. Which modality would you use to alleviate conditions of the feet?” I tried to find the article which was posted a week ago but it's been deleted. Anyhow, here's a few responses from some of the staff and alumni at ASIS, including a few NCMTBM CE providers here at ASIS.

This is from Wendy Hines,… Continue
