Matthieu - Does the Expresso app work on tablets ?

Comment by Matthieu Blit on July 29, 2012 at 1:02pm

Hi Lucy,

Probably Yes. That's because the app gives you the SOAP charts and allows you to work without the EHR service. The Android app comes at a very low price, you get all the features and the only thing you don't get is the EHR service - Espresso Medical Charts.

Then, when you get the app, you can do a trial of the EHR service (1 month) and if you don't like it, just don't pay for it. All your patient data will be on your device, the only difference is that without the EHR service you won't be able to sync and access the data between all your Smartphones, Tablets and PC/Macs.

Regarding the reviews, unfortunately our customers, although using the app, have not made any reviews on their own. But you can do so if you try it! :-)

Please keep in mind that we are a very open company and we enjoy listening to our customers to improve our products. So if you have any suggestions or needs, we would gladly work with you to sort them out.

I noticed that Expresso now has a special for Massage therapists via mobile , would this not be a better choice ?  how do they differ. I am hesitant to purchase the app , ($34.99) not because of cost , there are zero reveiws for this app.

I am very interested in secure EMR and SOAP notes and have trialed Soap Vault  ( 15 mth ) and Practice fusion (free) and have found both to have advantages and quirks.

any other suggestions out there ?
