I am truly grateful Mike Hinkle encouraged me to go with ABMP last November when it was time for me to renew my insurance. I have been AMTA, for 2 years and in the state of Florida AMTA is a mess, and Hands on Trade. I believe now I have found my home with ABMP. Thank you Laura and Les for all you do to serve me. I truly appreciate all you both do to keep me informed of the issues I otherwise would have no knowledge of like so many out there.

And the fact that you did a video and we could see your smiling face as you were being snarky made it seem less snarky than if you had issued a written statement like the other snarky party. Snarkiness may be one of your endearing qualities.
