Looking for persons who want to own/operate their own Spa.

I've been contacted by owners of a new Aquatic Park in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Their new facility has room for a  full service Spa but they don't know where to begin looking for a person or persons who would like to be the owners and operaters of the Spa.   Where can I put the word out.  I think the potential is enormous and IF I was younger and richer, that person would be ME!!!  Ideas anyone?
