Get a massage from them first. See how they are. If you are not doing that already? Where I work prospective employees have to massage the owner or the spa manager before they are hired. I'd suggest if you have good therapists compared to other places, add $10.00 on to your hour massage. The therapists will be happy, and it's only ten bucks more.
