Nice to meet you too. I used your meta-analysis of massage therapy paper in a research methodology paper that I used to teach in New Zealand.

I was at the Massage in CIM conference last year and saw you there but didn't get a chance to introduce myself. I did met Ravensara and Bodhi at that event which was nice, and I'm working with Bodhi on the scientific committee for the 3rd Fascia Research Congress next year.

So, will you take up that invitation to visit the World Massage Festival? ;-)

Mike Hinkle never did answer Susan Chapelle's question of whether there was going to be a ferris wheel at the festival!

Hadn't noticed that the thread itself disappeared entirely. Again, pretty unproductive, IMO. I did see that Brenda put up a blog post chastising those of us who chose to carry on the conversation in a direction other than specifically answering her question, though, and I responded to her there as well.

Frustrating that a good, intellectual conversation can be so threatening as to have people react in such an instinctive manner. *sigh* Ah well. We're all evolving, aren't we?

I will say that I think you certainly could have been more diplomatic and less inflammatory (ie, when someone asks where a good church is, telling them that there is no such thing as God is certain to be disruptive), but I can't say that I disagree with a lot of what you and Keith have to say. However, still interested in what you've got to say.
