Using online scheduling service Vagaro for massage biz

I just wanted to share with all of you a service I have been using called Vagaro and give you some insights about it.  It only starts at $25 per month for one user to have online scheduling, reminders, and CRM.  The CRM (customer relationship manager) is simple to use and allows for unlimited emailing with some nice templates, generates reports about customers, keeps track of sales, and much more.  So far it has had one instance where it didn't work as they had some sort of cyber attack.

Overall when I compared it to other services that I had tried like Spa booker, I think Vagaro is way better and it is definitely way cheaper.  I use it for merchant services/credit card processing and that works great too.  Similar fees to using Square and they have the card readers that attach to your phone. 

I also use their custom website which I wanted since I needed to create a simple url for customers to go to for online scheduling purposes.  I also have a widget inserted on one of my website pages which you can see here just to get an idea what I'm talking about. 

I was really concerned about having online scheduling and making it work, but I am amazed at how it has helped my practice.  Some clients even tell me they would have otherwise not booked an appointment as they don't like calling and then having to leave a message or go back and forth to get something scheduled. 

I know there are services like Genbook which work great, but they didn't seem to offer the CRM portion which I like so I can keep notes on clients, see appointment history, and other things that help me run my massage practice more effectively.  Vagaro was originally for hair stylists so you will see that it is geared toward salons, not massage therapists, however I think it works great for massage and should be used by more people.

Anyone else out there have any thoughts on this?
