This week I started back Zumba dancing with some friends of mine. It is a very intense, but a fun dance workout. It is only 2 days a week which works well for me. I noticed I am drinking more water and I feel more energized than I ever have. My next goal is to try and get atleast 8 hours of sleep a night, which I am far from now. It is gonna take some discipline on my part, but I am up for the challenge.

I scheduled an appointment for a massage for next week (I was hoping I could get in sooner)!

I have had a great week with my healthy eating, exercise and have taken off 8lbs of winter weight. I feel much better and I have more energy. I am sleeping much better and thus more alert.

Congratulations on dropping 8lbs Billie, that is a huge accomplishment. I am happy to hear you enjoying the benefits of losing the weight. If there are no results then we should not do it. Keep up the great work and just know I am always a call away or in most cases sitting right next to you in class. lol...  ;)
