Business Management Software

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a great business management software that incorporates online and offline functionality (i.e. Online scheduling AND soap notes/insurance billing). Most of the software I'm finding has either one or the other. Does anyone know a great one that blends external client scheduling with internal biz management? Thanks!

Hi Jessica,

I like mindbodyonline. It doesn't have soap notes in the sense of the pretty anatomy pictures you can color on but does have various ways to add notes and contact logs.

If you know how to write a treatment report it works just fine and allows you to manage even a large practice quite efficiently.

Hi - You posted this a year ago. Did you ever find something you like? I am looking for some great scheduling software and business management software (including online client payment) but have heard that MindBody is 1) offline too often and 2) their customer service is not readily available. I also need this for multiple locations. Thoughts?

I use massagemanedger ( yes, odd spelling) and have never looked back in 5 years. I couldn't be without it again. Service is superb, product just keeps getting better and better. They keep adding functions and no extra charge. Also does multiple locations. I can't say enough about this product. Parent company is mindZplay.
