massage and bodywork professionals

a community of practitioners

Hi

I plan to have a client appreciation week for my 1 year anniversary of being a massage therapist.  I would appreciate any suggestions of things that others have done that have been successful.  Since I am still relatively new I'm not really in the position to  give away to many free massages like I have seen others do.  Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

What about a coupon for $5 or $10 off a future massage?

You could spend an extra 5 or 10 minutes working on everyone's feet!

Hi  Hannah,

First of all, I would like to say that your idea is really great. This is one of the best ways to keep your clients coming to you again & again.... Here are some ideas for your reference. Hope these will helps you!

You can offer a fair discount for all clients that are coming to you throughout the day. Also make sure you have chosen a date that you can attract more & more clients. If you are selling some products such as massage oils or something like this you can offer one of them to your clients as a gift or a gift basket that will useful & make your client appreciation day a memorable one.

This is only a suggestion. If you are willing to launch a new product or service, this will be the best opportunity for that!

If you wants to know more on customer care, this will help you :)

Great question! Check out client appreciation programs!

You can pre-plan and automate gift giving for up to an entire year!

The extra minutes working on feet is a great idea, and I'm sure a lot of people would love some attention to be given for free on an area where they just might need some relaxation the most! :)
