1. Meditate for 15 minutes after work is over.

2. Accupuncture 3-4 times per month.

3. Sleep.

My 3 things

1. Yoga.

2. Small, healthy meals and snacks.

3. A game on the computer called Entanglement in between sessions - it helps clear my mind and focus me on something completely unrelated to massage/bodywork.

1) patience

2) meditation/spirituality

3) managing expectations (of self and others)

1 - knowing that I love what I do and I do what I love 99% of the time and would not be as content anywhere else.

2 - Letting go of expectations; especially of others and trying to "meet them where they are in their journey"

3 - Go out to a quiet lunch and read a book......all by myself
