Hello,

I've been using Mindbody online scheduling system for my practice, lately I realized it's not user friendly and it's could get very confusing while using it.  I am in the process of shopping around for another system, do you have any suggestions?

Thank you in advance!

I use FullSlate! Very easy to navigate! I love it!

I am in the process of trying http://www.bodyworkbuddy.com/ and so far I LOVE it! I does more than just scheduling. You can keep track of your clients, including SOAP notes, your expenses, and much more! It has an emailing system built in with reminders and reviews or you can choose to send text reminders. Clients can book online and you can also create a micro site to embed in your website. I highly recommend.

Hi Carrina, ABMP members have access to a free MassageBook subscription which includes scheduling, SOAP notes, text appointment reminders, client intake forms, and more. You can learn more at https://www.abmp.com/membership/massage_software.php. Hope that helps!

Thank you for the recommendation Allyssa.

I'm using the ABMP Massage Book app and I love it! Scheduling on computer or phone, SOAP notes, payment processing and more.

Hello Carrina,

As Tara mentioned, MassageBook.com has a partnership with ABMP and offers every member a full featured free subscription plan for the massage practice management software and includes free SOAP notes for massage.

What you should also be aware of is that the MassageBook directory is the largest directory of professional massage therapists that attracts new clients to members who are looking to find a massage therapist nearby.

Does anybody else use MassageBook for both mobile and in office appointments?  How is that working? Is there a way to keep the two apart without creating another "company" profile?

Hi Laura,

You don't need to create a separate company. Simply add your outcall (mobile) services to your outcall service menu in your existing business.  All your appointment types will show up on your business calendar.

Outcall appointments are clearly identified by a little car image on the mobile appointment in your calendar, and the time you specify to block off before and after the outcall will also automatically be blocked off your schedule as well.

If you have any questions or would like to talk with us, please contact MassageBook support at support@massagebook.com or call us at (843) 352-2026. We'd love to hear from you!
