SRT is an essential tool based on the Osteopathic principles of Strain/Counterstrain and Muscle Energy Technique. This 4-hour class introducing you to SRT is taken directly from the SRT for the Shoulder, Arm & Hand and Neck classes. Since many massage therapists have symptoms in these areas of their own bodies, it is a great class to personally experience the relief of SRT. You will gain a gentle and effective tool you can use immediately in your practice. Taya makes class fun and you take away detailed handouts to support your new experience. SRT uses no oil, is gentle on you, and clients exclaim, “It’s like magic; my pain is gone!” NCBTMB Approved Provider #450706-08.
Symptoms: “This is the class for:”
• Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Symptoms
• Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Symptoms
• Frozen Shoulder Symptoms: post-mastectomy, limited ROM, pain working overhead
• Rotator Cuff Tear Symptoms: pain when lying on the shoulder, pain reaching behind
