What was/is your best summer massage special you offer to your clients?

Looking for ideas on keeping busy during the summer months (July/Aug). I am moving
to a new office location that is a store front, and starting right in
the middle of summer. So, I need fresh ideas or the best massage
special that worked for you in bringing in new and old clients back.
$10 off, 20% off, buy one get one ... have any of you done these and has
it worked?

What works for us is word of mouth and a good loyalty system programme, And a free massage for your birthday for our regular clients.

For each season, I usually do a special where if you purchase a 90 m. massage you get a back scrub/mud wrap or foot scrub mud wrap that I incorporate into the session. Many clients who used to be one hour sessions, tried it and now they only will get 90 m. sessions. I do have a special where if you purchase 6 sessions, you get the 7th free and tell the truth, most all my clients are doing that one right now. But if they want the 90 m special w/scrub & mud mask they have to pay the difference.

For birthdays, I only give 20% off their next session. Also, I'm running a short term refer 2 clients and get a free hour session as I'm in the process of re-building a business from scratch.
