Hello All!

I am a recovering Government/Public Relations Consultant and aspiring massage professional who’s relocating in April to Charleston from Columbia.

Before committing time and resources to training, I would love the opportunity to gain practical experience in a massage services setting.

In addition to my consultant work, I have extensive non—profit management, administrative, marketing and fundraising experience.

If you would benefit from the services of an enthusiastic, professional, scheduler, floor sweeper or mopper…I’d love to hear from you!  I will be in Charleston the week of March 18-23 and can meet to discuss how I might add value to your practice.

Best,

Sherry

PS-I'm open to bartering services!

November will be 8 years. Only about 5 have been full time massage. I'm checking into orthopedic and/or sports classes. Any suggestions?

i worked at urban nirvana in west ashley when i first moved here 1 1/2 years ago. i'm mostly on my own now. i work with tennis players, mainly, doing massage in their homes and working with them on stretching and self-massage techniques. i also do chair massage at tennis tournaments throughout the south, work part-time for a chiropractor and do massages out of the senior rec center in mt p. how long have you been practicing?

Hi Joanne,
I work at Urban Nirvana in Mt. P. We were much busier this Summer than last. Unfortunately, things have slowed dramatically since school started. I'm hoping it picks up soon. Where in Charleston are you?

I'd love to hear how people's businesses are doing in this economy.
