There is still some room in next months Ashiatsu class in San Antonio! Come learn a great body-saving technique and dish out a deep tissue session painlessly. (for you and your clients!)

Jeni, thanks for the information. How timely! I just had my website revamped so I can better take advantage of social media! I'll definitely check to see whether I can access a recording of the 9/15 series on AMBP. Thanks again and best of luck to you too!

Ashiatsu graduates: Your talented toes are needed in Texas! AOBT has a vendor booth at the TAMT ( Texas Association of Massage Therapists ) Convention in Ft Worth on October 15-17th. This is a great opportunity for you to practice your Ashi-work on the public, play on the portable bars, & learn how to market your massage. I can offer CEU's (1 Texas State CE per hour worked) for your volunteer time. Sign up at the link below.

Tonya, there is an online free class tonight that might help you: ABMP BizFit Series & Applied Bodywork Series
September 15
Marketing with Social Media, with Eric Brown (ABMP BizFit Series)
http://www.abmp.com/webinars/ for more info.
I worked on converting all my deep tissue clients over to Ashi, as long as they werent' contraindicated for it, so that could be a good place to focus for you.
GOod luck!

I took Ashiatsu Barefoot Basics and Front/Side-Lying in late July and August at the Stone Temple Sanctuary in CT with Sarah Maxwell. LOVED IT!! My bars are up, my evaluations done and I am so looking forward to really taking off with this new modality on my menu. Can anyone offer advice on how to market AOBT? I have a picture video I plan to post on my site and am looking into making an actual motion video to post on youtube. My clients who've tried AOBT love it. I am also offering free 30 minute sessions (added on to a regular appointment) for my existing clients just so they can try it out first. Any other ideas?
