Curious to what your rituals are prior to starting your work day via massage. Looking for some new tips for grounding, stretching and over all self care. Thanks.

I'm interested in making a stronger commitment for this as well. Unfortunately, I've allowed myself to operate on my "inherited" lateness for my whole life, and am now beginning to really take ownership of my time and pushing myself to at least GET to my office before my clients arrive. Ideally, I'd like to have my room and charts ready at least 5-10min before my client arrives, at which point, I could incorporate these next steps. I'm getting there... :) 

I've also always been a person to have cold hands, and have found that extending my arms straight up alternately a few times before/after I wash my hands and begin a session helps to stretch, begin to get my blood flowing, and potentially help warm my hands a little. So I suppose that's one idea for you, something I already do.
